We will not allow this forum to be used to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or which contravenes any law. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions can lead to the user being banned from the forum. For messages of a personal nature, we recommend that you use other messaging facilities such as MSN or Yahoo Messenger.

Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable or undesirable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We reserve the right to remove or edit objectionable or undesirable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that such action is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. Remember this is a travel forum and is not a medium for anyone to let off steam about us or to promote our competitors. We know it's tempting for our competitors to pop by the Forum and post a negative comment here and there. But where travellers are concerned we do have procedures in place when any complaint arises.
